Limited edition of 100 copies, this number 8 signed by the authors and Bamber Gascoigne, 4to (290 x 220mm.) Plates, some coloured, illustrations. Original green morocco, spine gilt in six compartments with raised bands, lettering pieces to second and fourth compartments, g.e. (spine slightly rubbed), slipcase (extremities lightly scuffed).
