A George III fine needlework sampler by 'Mary Lee, her work, Finished in the year 1793, aged eleven years', the central pious verse within a surround of trees, plants, birds and animals above a manor house flanked by a cat, a dog and a pair of trees, within a flowering border, worked with coloured silks, approx 47.5cm x 32cm.
