An early 20th Century Egyptian .800 silver oval two handled tray, the centre engraved with a starburst style motif with chrysanthemum flowerhead centre within a rose garland wreath surround, the applied cast and pierced rim decorated with eight niello work floral cartouches within a border of flowers, foliage and scrolls, flanked by a pair of foliate capped oval handles, Cairo 1921, length approx 66.6cm.
