A Chinese Canton export sandalwood folding fan, mid-19th Century, the guards and fourteen sticks carved in relief and pierced with typical village scenes of figures, pavilions and trees, the paper panel painted to both sides with continuous scenes of figures in an interior setting, each with appliqué ivory facial detail, length approx 29cm (some faults).
