A Chinese polished bronze censer, cover and stand, late Qing dynasty, the vine pierced cover with Buddhistic lion and squirrel surmount, the squat circular body cast in relief with fruiting vines inhabited by further squirrels, based on pierced prunus tripod legs, on a pierced fruiting vine and squirrel stand, overall height approx 36cm.
