BLOMFIELD, E. A General View of The World, Geographical, Historical, and Philosophical; on a Plan Entirely New. Bungay: C. Brightly and T. Kinnersley, 1807. 2 vols., 4to (260 x 200mm.) Engraved frontispiece, 21 engraved maps (3 folding), 1 folding table, 36 engraved plates. (Some browning, spotting and offsetting, marginal tear with loss to pp.151-152, 1 plate torn with marginal loss, folding maps of the world and Russia torn with loss, map of Spain torn without loss.) Contemporary marbled-calf (extremities bumped and scuffed, front-free endpaper to vol. II lacking). - And fifty other volumes, works and part-works, the majority leather- bound (52).
