KEMBLE, Edward. The Blackberries and Their Adventures. New York: R.H. Russell, 1897. Oblong folio (225 x 300mm.) 16 full-page colour plates. (Light browning, some soiling, creasing, torn without loss, 2 plates loosely inserted.) Original cloth-backed pictorial boards (extremities bumped and scuffed, some browning and soiling). Provenance: Phyllis Bateman (presentation inscription to contents page 'With father's love Xmas 1898', and inscription to front-free endpaper).
