POTTER, Beatrix. Appley Dapply's Nursery Rhymes. London: Frederick Warne and Co., [n.d. but 1917.] First edition, 2nd printing, 16mo (122 x 104mm.) 15 colour plates by Potter. (Light browning, some spotting, one plate loosely inserted.) Original pale olive-green paper-covered boards with onlaid colour paper panel to upper cover (extremities bumped and scuffed, loss to paper on spine and lower cover). - And twenty-one other volumes by Beatrix Potter (including 'The Tale of Mrs. Tittlemouse'. London: 1910, first edition, 3rd printing; and 'The Tale of Johnny Town-Mouse'. London: 1918) (22).
