Frontispiece, numerous uncoloured plates, 2 folding maps at rear. (Light browning and spotting.) Original black cloth blocked in blue (extremities lightly scuffed, minor soiling, head and foot of spine bumped). Provenance: The Michael Gilkes Collection.
