KUNHARDT, C.P. Small Yachts. Their Design and Construction Exemplified by the Ruling of Modern Practice. London: Sampson Low, Marston, Searle & Rivington, 1885. First edition, folio (372 x 265mm.) 60 plates, 3 folding plates, numerous illustrations. (Browning, occasional minor soiling, marginal tears without loss to title-page, p.201, p.339, plates X and XLIV, marginal creases and chips to pp.269-272.) Original decorative cloth blocked in black and gilt (extremities bumped and scuffed, corners reinforced). Provenance: The Michael Gilkes Collection (bookplate to front pastedown).
