First edition, 8vo (197 x 134mm.) Additional illustration mounted to reverse of half-title. (Light browning and spotting, marginal burn-hole to pp.99-100.) Original cloth (extremities lightly bumped, spine faded, slightly soiled, newspaper clippings mounted to free endpapers). Provenance: Enid Closh (bookplate to front pastedown). Note: signed by the author to title-page. - And twenty-four other volumes relating to small craft voyages (including: David FINLAY. 'Reminiscences of Yacht Racing and Some Racing Years'. Glasgow: John Smith & Son, 1910). Provenance: The Michael Gilkes Collection (25).
