BEERBOHM, Julius. Wanderings in Patagonia or Life Among the Ostrich-Hunters. London: Chatto and Windus, 1879. First edition, 8vo (215 x 128mm.) Frontispiece, 1 plate, 1 map. (Light browning, occasional minor soiling.) 20th Century half-morocco, spine gilt in six compartments with raised bands, lettered in gilt in the second and third compartments, the others with repeat foliate decoration in gilt (extremities lightly scuffed, endpapers replaced). Provenance: The Michael Gilkes Collection.
