No. 1-36 late 20th Century cloth, original wrappers bound-in (extremities lightly scuffed, slightly soiled), No. 37-240 modern cloth, original wrappers bound-in, No. 241-259 original wrappers (corners lightly creased). Provenance: The Michael Gilkes Collection (31).
