A Chinese famille rose porcelain jar and cover, Republic period, the ovoid body painted with opposing flower filled jardinières between four lines of red and black text, height approx 31.5cm (cover chipped and finial repaired), together with a famille rose vase, 20th Century, painted with gods and attendants on a gnarled wood barge, height approx 46.5cm.
