ELIAS, E. L. The Book of Polar Exploration. London: George G. Harrap & Company Ltd., 1930. 8vo (210 x 132mm.) Colour frontispiece, numerous uncoloured plates. (Light browning.) Original green cloth blocked in gilt with onlaid pictorial paper label to upper-cover (head and foot of spine lightly bumped), dust-jacket (chipped with minor loss, some light soiling). Provenance: R.J. Page (prize label from Farnham Grammar School dated '14th Dec 1932'). - And twelve other children's books, mostly relating to polar exploration (13).
