Folding plan as frontispiece, 4 plates (2 folding), 2 folding plans hand-coloured in outline. (Some browning, minor marginal tear without loss to one folding plate.) 20th Century cloth, old spine laid-down, original wrappers bound-in (original wrappers heavily browned). Note: presentation label to front pastedown.
