Engraved portrait frontispiece, 1 engraved folding chart, 5 hand-coloured aquatint plates, 4pp. advertisements at rear. (Light browning and spotting, neatly repaired marginal tear without loss to p.89, marginal tear with loss to p.151.) Modern half-calf (endpapers replaced).
