BINDINGS. - Thomas MOORE. The Poetical Works. London: Longmans, Green, and Co., 1869. 10 vols., 8vo (162 x 100mm.) Engraved frontispieces and additional decorative titles. (Light browning, occasional minor spotting.) Contemporary calf, spines gilt in six compartments with raised bands, lettering pieces in the second and third, the others with repeat decoration in gilt (extremities lightly bumped and rubbed). Provenance: John Ryde (bookplate to front pastedown); E.R. Mayes (ink inscriptions to bookplates on front pastedowns). - And a quantity of other leather-bound volumes (a quantity).
