GEORGE NEWNES (publisher). The Strand Magazine, an Illustrated Monthly. London: January 1891 - December 1903. Vols. I-XXVI, 8vo (238 x 156mm.) Numerous illustrations. (Light browning and spotting.) Original pictorial cloth (extremities bumped and scuffed, slightly soiled). Note: vols. II-VI include the first printings of Arthur Conan Doyle's 'The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes'. - And a quantity of other bound Strand Magazines, all duplicates (a quantity).
