LOT 410
A provincial silver gilt cream jug, probably mid-18th century, of helmet form with gadrooned rim and serpent form scroll handle, the body chased with flower festoons and a rococo scroll frame enclosing an engraved coat of arms with greyhound surmount and inscribed motto 'Semper Fidelis', on a rococo scroll moulded foot, stamped maker's mark 'RI' four times below rim, height 11cm.
