A Japanese carved ivory double sided netsuke, Meiji period, modelled as a kneeling figure, one side with the face of Okame, the other with the face of Hyottoko, incised signature to base, height 4.5cm, together with another carved and stained ivory netsuke, Meiji period, carved as a seated mother and two children, height 4cm (both with faults).
