A Chinese export silver oval tray, late 19th century, with bamboo moulded handles and rim, the centre engraved with a cockerel, hen and chicks with fence and banana plants beyond, the rim decorated in relief with birds and flowers, maker's mark for Tien Shing of Hong Kong, length 46cm (lacking feet).
