LOWE, Edward Joseph. Our Native Ferns. London: George Bell & Sons, 1874, 1876. 2 vols., 4to (248 x 157mm.) 79 colour plates, numerous uncoloured illustrations. (Light browning and offsetting, occasional light spotting, some leaves uncut.) Original cloth blocked in gilt and blind (extremities bumped and scuffed, slightly soiled and affected by damp, stitching weak, pp.115-122 of vol. II loosely inserted). - And two other volumes relating to natural history (4).
