CROMPTON, Richmal. Just - William. London: George Newnes, Limited, [n.d. but circa 1922]. First edition, 8vo (169 x 105mm.) Illustrations by Thomas Henry, 4pp. advertisements at rear. (Some browning and spotting, a few minor marginal tears without loss.) Original red cloth lettered in black (extremities lightly bumped and scuffed, spine faded), dust-jacket (creased, soiled and browned, torn with significant loss, rear flap detached). Provenance: Welch (signature to front-free endpaper).
