Not Published. Liverpool: printed by Mitchell, Heaton, and Mitchell, [n.d. but circa 1839]. 4to (275 x 219mm.) Lithographed map hand-coloured in outline as frontispiece. (Browning and spotting.) Contemporary half-calf (extremities bumped and scuffed, upper-cover detached, half of spine lacking). Provenance: G.R. Porter (inscribed 'from his attached friend the author' to title-page, bookplate to front pastedown).
