A Singaporean inlaid hardwood Davenport desk, late 19th century, inlaid in ivory with phoenix, dragons, figures, pavilions, trees, butterflies and flowers, the gallery back carved and pierced with opposing dragons and bats above four short drawers, the hinged flap above scroll supports flanked by a cupboard and four drawers, on turned legs, height 114cm (minor faults).
