A Chinese hardwood display cabinet, late 19th century, the arched surmount carved and pierced with a scene of a boy seated in a pavilion watching a boy on a buffalo and seated elder amongst flowers and scrolls, flanked by fruiting vine panels, fitted with an arrangement of shelves, above three short drawers, the openwork sides carved and pierced with fruiting vines and flowers, on claw and ball feet, height 202cm.
