A gilt metal and under painted tortoiseshell decorated keywind pair cased open-faced pocket watch, the gilt fusee movement with a verge escapement, scroll pierced and bird engraved balance cock, detailed to the back plate 'W. Rose London 4054', the enamelled dial inscribed 'DANL*GRIMWOOD' replacing the numerals, the case back decorated with the standing figure of a maiden holding a cornucopia beside a sarcophagus, with the initials 'SJ', supporting two bee skeps, in a landscape, outer case diameter 5.2cm, with a box.
