DOYLE, Arthur Conan. The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes. London: George Newnes, Limited, 1892. First edition in book form, 8vo (236 x 160mm.) Illustrations. (First few leaves torn with marginal loss, some spotting and occasional browning.) Original decorated cloth (somewhat bumped and soiled, stitching weak, rear-free endpaper detached and now loosely inserted). - And twenty-four others, by or relating to Conan Doyle, including one with a presentation inscription from the author's wife (25).
