London: Hodder & Stoughton, [n.d. but 1913.] 4to (290 x 225mm.) 24 mounted colour plates, occasional uncoloured illustrations, all by Nielsen. Original cream cloth (slightly worn). Provenance: 'Fiona' (presentation inscription dated 'April 29th 1916' to preliminary blank).
