London: Constable & Co Ltd., 1917. 4to (254 x 187mm.) 12 tipped-in colour plates, uncoloured illustrations, all by Rackham. (Some minor creasing to corners of plates, neat repaired tear to list of illustrations, occasional spotting.) Original cloth (extremities lightly bumped and slightly soiled). Provenance: 'Phyllis' (presentation inscription to front-free endpaper).
