A Chinese Imperial style gilt bronze 'Dragon' ritual bell (bianzhong), marks of Kangxi but 20th century, the handle cast in the form of two dragons, the sides cast in high relief with two further dragons amidst cloud scrolls, waves and flaming pearls, separated by opposing rectangular vertical panels of seven and three characters, hung from a bat support and hardwood stand, carved in relief with further dragons, flaming pearls, and clouds, total height 80cm.
