A Chinese silk embroidered hanging altar panel, late Qing dynasty, finely worked in gilt and polychrome threads, the larger panel depicting five immortals, each standing wearing an elaborately decorated robe and with padded facial detail, beneath a smaller panel decorated with five further figures and four characters to a central scroll, all against a gilt ground, within black silk borders, total 93cm x 97cm (some faults).
