LOT 309
An early Victorian silver inkstand of square form, the raised centre fitted with a silver mounted cut glass inkwell with hinged lid and a pen cradle above pierced and cast scroll decoration, on scroll feet, London 1854 by Charles Thomas Fox & George Fox, width 17cm (glass repaired), together with a dip pen, the terminal with a standing figure of an Oriental man. Provenance: from the estate of the late John Young (1927-2017).
