A gold, diamond and ruby necklace, the front with a row of five oval clusters above an oval cluster pendant drop, each cluster centred by an oval cut ruby, within a surround of circular cut diamonds, on a flat link neckchain, detailed '750 Italy', length 44.5cm, total ruby weight approx 3.00ct, total diamond weight approx 0.58ct (two diamonds lacking).
