Frontispiece with tissue-guard to vol. 2., maps and numerous illustrations from drawings by the author. (Spotting to preliminaries.) Original blue cloth blocked in gilt and blind (fading to spines and rubbing to extremities). - And four more volumes on polar exploration (including A.H. Markham, 'A Polar Reconnaissance', 1881, first edition, 8vo; and 'The Voyages and Travels of Captains Parry, Franklin, Ross & Belzoni', 1826, 8vo) (6).
