GORDON, Seton. Amid Snowy Wastes… Wild Life on the Spitsbergen Archipelago. London: Cassell & Co., 1922. First edition, 8vo (240 x 166mm.) Frontispiece, 2 maps (1 folding) and numerous illustrations from photographs by the author. (Considerable spotting to the preliminaries, a review of the book tipped-in to the front pastedown, areas of spotting within text but not to the illustrations.) Original pictorial blue cloth (bumping to extremities), dust-jacket (chipping to spine ends). - And two others by Seton Gordon (including 'Days with the Golden Eagle, 1927, first edition, 8vo) (3).
