A Victorian silver prayer book holder of rectangular form with swing handle, the front and back pierced and embossed with mask and foliate scroll decoration, fitted with a book of 'Common Prayer', Birmingham 1876, maker's mark worn, total length 11.5cm, together with two silver pin dishes, each with pierced scroll sides, Chester 1910 and 1895. Provenance: from the estate of the late Nellie Lenson-Smith (1928-2017).
