An 18ct gold cased keywind open-faced fob watch, the gilt fusee movement with a lever escapement, the back plate detailed 'No 3503', the interior case back numbered '3503', gilt metal dust cover, the floral decorated gilt dial with black Roman numerals, 18ct gold inner case, the case exterior with engraved decoration, London 1874, case diameter 4.2cm, with a key.
