A Rolex 18ct gold circular cased gentleman's wristwatch, with a signed jewelled lever movement, detailed 'Rolex Chronometer Swiss Made Timed 6 position Patented Superbalance E 49461', the Rolex snap off case back interior detailed '18K 0,750 3144 28 54', the signed silvered dial with Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds, gilt hands and detailed 'Rolex Chronometer', case diameter 3.3cm, on a leather strap.
