Frontispiece with tissue-guard plus 23 plates, 8pp. publisher's advertisements to rear dated '10.02.96'. (Spotting to preliminaries and rear leaves.) Original cloth blocked in black, lettered in gilt (some spine lean, a few odd marks). Provenance: Robert Milnes-Crewe (bookplate to the front pastedown); The West Horsley Place Collection.
