Frontispiece with tissue-guard, 32pp. of publisher's advertisements to rear with advert for 'The Time Machine' preceding them. (Spotting to preliminaries and rear pastedown.) Original pictorial cloth, publisher's monogram to the lower cover (some spine lean, softening to spine ends, occasional marks to covers). Provenance: Robert Milnes-Crewe (bookplate to the front pastedown); The West Horsley Place Collection.
