[DIDBIN, Thomas Frognall]. Cranmer… by a Member of The Roxburghe Club. London: Henry Colburn, 1839. 3 vols., first edition, presentation signature by the author to Dawson Turner to preliminary blank, 8vo (192 x 115mm.) Portrait frontispiece. (Browning to preliminaries, pencil annotation to the dedication page.) Later half-calf, lettering piece to the spine (rubbing to extremities, staining to upper cover of vol. 3.) Provenance: Dawson Turner, botanist and antiquary (presentation inscription from the author); Robert Milnes-Crewe (bookplate to the front pastedowns); The West Horsley Place Collection.
