London: Methuen & Co., 1924. 2 vols., limited edition of 1,500 copies, this number 1449, presentation signature in ink by Queen Mary to front free endpaper, 4to (253 x 190mm.) 92 plates (24 colour). (Very occasional spotting.) Cloth-backed blue boards, paper titling to spines, Royal monogram to upper covers, dust-jackets (slight sunning to spines), slipcase (some fading). Note: Queen Mary's compliment's card loosely inserted. Provenance: The West Horsley Place Collection.
