(Occasional spotting.) Contemporary half-calf, lettering piece to the spine (fading to calf and loss to the lettering piece). Provenance: F. Cunliffe (label to front pastedown); Robert Milnes-Crewe (bookplate to the front pastedown); The West Horsley Place Collection. - And twenty-seven other volumes on India (including 'His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh in the Oudh and Nepal Forests', 1870, 8vo) (28).
