First edition, 8vo (194 x 112mm.) (Minor spotting to preliminaries and rear leaves.) Later half-calf (bumped to extremities, soiling to lower cover, spine browned). Provenance: Robert Milnes-Crewe (bookplate to the front pastedown); The West Horsley Place Collection.
