NICHOLSON, William. An Alphabet. London: William Heinemann, 1898. 4to (310 x 245mm.) Publisher's device in colour on title, 26 full-page lithographed plates by Nicholson, advertisement leaf to rear. (Mild browning to margins.) Original cloth-backed pictorial paper-covered boards (small area of damp-stain to top of upper board, some wear to tail of spine, inner hinge split).
