ROSE, Thomas. Westmorland, Cumberland, Durham and Northumberland… Illustrated from Original Drawings by Thomas Allom. London: Fisher, Son, & Co., 1832. 3 vols. bound as 1, small 4to (269 x 202mm.) Additional engraved decorative title, illustrated profusely with steel engraved views, most with tissue-guards. (Spotting, browning to margins, some creasing to tissue-guards, missing initial blank.) Original decorative green cloth, g.e. (spine cover missing, marks to lower cover, tape repair to inner hinge). - And thirteen more illustrated volumes, mainly on English topography (14).
