A Japanese iron tetsubin (tea kettle) by Ryubundo, Meiji period, the squat circular body cast with an 'X' and key fret bands on a textured ground, beneath an overhead swing handle, the bronze cover with bud finial and signed to underside, height 22.5cm, together with another iron tetsubin, the squat circular body cast with a band of arches, beneath a bronze cover and an overhead handle, height 18.8cm.
