A Japanese carved ivory and wood okimono figure group of a mask maker with mother-of-pearl and horn detail, by Kyokusui, Meiji period, the seated artisan working on an Okame mask, flanked by a large Hannya mask, kodansu and chamberstick, inset red lacquer signature plaque to base, height 8.5cm, together with a stained wood scroll stand.
